Lofaso trained under some of the best chefs in the world and learned their advanced methods, yet she was not scared to challenge her intuitions. Lofaso along with Sal Aurora partnered in 2011 to create Black Market Liquor Bar Studio City. Lofaso was able to settle at Black Market.
