Ana Paula Oliveira was born on May 26 1978 in Campinas Sao Paulo, Brazil. She is an actress known by her roles in Woman on Top (2000) Sem Fio (2009) and A Indomada (1997). Ana Paula Oliveira joined the Global Initiative Against Transnational Organized Crime on March 20, 2020. she is an analyst currently and team leader for GI-TOC Multilateral Engagement. The GI TOC's research is focused on murders (including disappearances) or violence as well as other types of crime related to illicit economics. Her research interests include the impact of organized crime on human rights and humanitarian rights, as well as the impact of policies and laws. Ana Paula is a graduate of the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies (Geneva) and holds an LL.M. She holds earned an LL.M. degree with a concentration in Public Law as well an MBA from Fundacao Getulio Vargas, Rio de Janeiro. Ana Paula has a bachelor degree in Legal and Social Sciences from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. After a four-year period at an international law firm, she is qualified as an attorney.
